2. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
   Appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient.

   Cancellation & Rescheduling

   • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

   • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

   • No-shows may be charged a fee and may require a deposit for future appointments.

   • Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

   Certain treatments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
   By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms
   By providing your mobile number and opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Objet Esthetique for the purposes described below.
